Variety is the spice of life as indicated by the many hats Frazer has worn including chiropractor, entrepreneur, professional speaker, regulator, teacher, mediator, coach and consultant. However, his most rewarding roles have been as a husband and father to his two children.

Frazer lives his life close to nature raising his family in an active, healthy, and value based lifestyle. When not at home on the shores of Big Rideau Lake you can find them travelling the globe or seeking adventure on a trail, mountain, or lake!
